Early life[]
Toole was born in Bismarck, North Dakota to parents Thomas Toole and Sandi Vindischgretz. She is of Irish, English, and Scottish descent through her father and German descent through her mother. Thomas works in business, while Sandi is a stay-at-home mother. Toole has two elder brothers, Tom and Hunter, and she was raised a Lutheran.
Toole attended Century High School, where she was a cheerleader, president of her graduating class, and homecoming queen. After graduating from high school, Toole began studying finance at the University of North Dakota, where she became a member of the Alpha Phi (ΑΦ) sorority. She later went on to receive a master's degree from North Dakota State University. After graduating, she returned to Bismarck and began working as a financial analyst.
